I ordered a bouquet of roses, chocolate, champagne, and a cake 10 days prior to the delivery date for my sister's birthday to make sure they had enough time to get everything right and ship on time. 5 hours prior to the delivery they emailed me at 4am and told me they don't have any roses and will replace them with other flowers. They also sent the wrong cake, a cheaper one nevertheless. To top it al 10 days after my order they said they will process my card not as a credit card but as a debit card (cash advance) so they pay no credit card fees to the merchant. Bad company, not reliable, terrible service. Do not order with them.
